Liability Waivers 

Liability waivers for each activity will be shared ahead of starting each activity and are required to be signed before starting your lessons.

What if I am going to miss a lesson that I bought in a package?

While we would love to be able to accommodate everyone's unique schedule, please note that any missed lessons will not be provided a refund, partial refund or reschedule. It's up to you to ensure you can make all or most of the lessons. 

If I miss a lesson, can my friend take my place?

Sometimes we can work around this! We want everyone to experience the magic of Après Club so in some instances we may be able to accommodate. This would be assessed based on the type, level and structure of the activity. Please reach out to us at founder@apresclub.ca to inquire. We do not guarantee we can make this work. 

What if I am running late or have to miss my lesson last minute? 

Let us know! We will do our best to connect with the instructor asap to ensure they are aware. You can email founder@apresclub.ca

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately tennis doesn't work in the rain, so if the weather is not cooperating, or the courts are too wet, the lesson will be cancelled.

Lessons @ West Point Grey Academy: 
You will receive a refund for 1/4 the lesson package cost for any cancelled lessons on our part. You will be notified via email ahead of the lesson if that is the case. 
Lessons @ Granville Loops Tennis Courts:
Lessons will be rescheduled to the week following your last lesson if cancelled due to weather. You will be notified via email ahead of the lesson if that is the case and the new lesson date will be communicated.

 

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on any events, membership packages or lessons. If you have purchased in some sort of mistake you can reach out to us at founder@apresclub.ca and we can see what we can do, but we do not guarantee anything. 

 

CLUB SHOP MERCHANDISE

What is your return policy?

We are still small operations here so all sales are final sale for the time being. We will update this when we are big enough to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding! 

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada for the time being. Your items may also come in multiple packages, so wait for that if you don't get it all at once. You only pay shipping once though ;) Tracking for each separate package will be shared with you once your item has been shipped as well. 

What do you mean made to order? And why does it take longer?

Most of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you (1-3 weeks). Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! 

What are your order processing times?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

What are your order shipping times?

Once your order has been prepped, shipping time is between 3-10 days.

You will received an email once your ordered has been received and again when it has shipped with tracking information.

What's the deal with the Membership?

More details to come. Sign up by adding your email and you will be included in the membership communication. Think first pick of the litter in terms of classes, events and merchandise.
