Returns

All purchases are final. Every piece was made to order, so there are no exchanges or refunds. If something arrived that was not what you ordered, write to hello@apresclub.ca and the club will look into it.

Where the club ships

The club ships worldwide. Orders may arrive in more than one parcel, and shipping is charged once at checkout. Duties and taxes outside Canada are paid on delivery.

How long it takes

Printed pieces are made in 2 to 5 business days, embroidered pieces a little longer, and knitted pieces ship in 12 to 23 days. Allow 1 to 3 weeks to Canada, the US, the UK and Europe, and 2 to 4 weeks elsewhere. Tracking is sent as each parcel leaves.
