What’s your return policy?
We’re still in our lean, quietly luxurious phase. All merchandise is final sale — no refunds, no exchanges, no take-backs. One day we’ll have a return counter with wood paneling and a tennis pro behind it. Until then, your order is yours to keep (and brag about).
Where do you ship?
Across Canada, for now. Orders may arrive in multiple parcels, depending on the item. You’ll only pay shipping once, naturally. Tracking numbers will be provided as each package ships.
Why the delay?
Most of our goods are made-to-order, crafted just for you the moment you check out. That means 1–3 weeks for delivery. It’s part of our commitment to intentional production — and a slower, better way of doing things.
Order processing?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. From there, it’s just a matter of waiting patiently (or impatiently) for something worth waiting for.
Shipping times?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the temperament of the postal gods. You’ll receive tracking info once it’s en route.

Can I cancel or exchange my spot?
All course bookings are final sale. We secure coaches and courts in advance — your name is on the list and the group is counting on you.
Plans changed?
We get it. Life pivots. If you let us know before the first session, we’ll do our best to help. While we can’t issue refunds, reach out to founder@apresclub.ca and we’ll explore options.
Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Yes — with grace. Just give us 48 hours’ notice before the first lesson, and we’ll update the guest list. Smooth handoffs always appreciated. Bonus points for elegance.
