Après Club Liability Waiver

APRES CLUB INC. – WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Participation in Golf, Tennis & Recreational Programming

Assumption of Risk
I understand that by participating in tennis, golf, or related activities hosted by Après Club Inc., I am engaging in a physical activity that carries potential risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, or unforeseen accidents. I confirm that I am in adequate physical condition to participate and that I assume all risks associated with my participation.

Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Après Club Inc., its directors, contractors, coaches, venue partners, and affiliated entities from any liability, claim, or expense (including legal fees) arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participation in any Après Club program or event, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

Media Release
I grant permission to Après Club Inc. to use photographs or video footage taken during lessons or events for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that these may appear on social media, the Après Club website, or other brand communications.

Participant Agreement
By proceeding with registration and payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver. This release applies to all current and future Après Club programming unless revoked in writing.
