Fall Café Menu
Après Club Clubhouse — Estate Season
For members. Or anyone who has ever referred to a hedge maze as "manageable."
(Available daily from 11:11 AM until the last claret is decanted.)

A note from the kitchen: Chef Lucien Marceau has returned from a fall spent somewhere between a stable block in Gloucestershire, a very long lunch at a house with its own hunt breakfast tradition, and a disagreement with a duke's second son over the correct way to hold a teacup. He arrived home tanned in a way that suggests time outdoors, tight lipped in a way that suggests time indoors, and newly fluent in the difference between dressage and everything else.
His fall menu draws from the rituals of those raised on hunt breakfasts, family portraits that don't quite match the family fortune, dogs better behaved than the guests, and the specific ease of people whose houses are older than most countries.
Expect elegance. Expect old money. Expect subtext.
