Summer Café Menu

Après Club Clubhouse — Terrace Season

For members. Or anyone who has ever referred to humidity as "the Riviera effect." (Available daily from 11:11 AM until the last rosé catches the light.)

A note from the kitchen: Chef Lucien Marceau has emerged from his annual late-spring disappearance, believed to have involved a fishing boat off Antibes, a disagreement with a sommelier in Portofino, and at least one lunch at a vineyard he refuses to name. He is tan. He is unbothered. He has opinions about ice.

His summer menu draws from the rituals of those raised on Riviera lunches, courts with no waiting lists, and the particular ease of people who have never once checked the weather forecast before booking a flight.

Expect lightness. Expect provocation. Expect subtext.
